About the Pizza:
Stone Hearth Pizza Co. chefs uses high-protein, 100% organic flour to make their hand-formed dough. The pizzas are topped with their signature sauce, a variety of cheeses and creative ingredients, like prosciutto, zucchini and spicy banana peppers. Approximately 11” in diameter, the pies are baked in an open-flame, stone hearth oven that operates at temperatures of 700-900 degrees Fahrenheit for less than three minutes, resulting in the perfect balance of chew, crunch and char.
